Job Description
- Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily across platforms.
- Write customized and professional proposals to attract and convert potential clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and project goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure successful deal closures.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and bidding targets.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Developer in Software house (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
- Understanding of IT services including Web & Mobile Development, UI/UX Design and AI Services.
- Ability to write tailored, engaging, and persuasive proposals.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
