-About the Role
We are a UK-based specialist laboratory and are looking for a Business Development Manager in Pakistan to help us grow. This is not a typical sales role — we’re looking for someone who understands how to approach professional clients, build genuine relationships, and deliver measurable results.
You will work remotely with full flexibility to set your own working hours. We care about performance, not time clocks. If you are confident in your communication, have strong interpersonal skills, and are driven to achieve, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us.
-Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (labs, clinics, healthcare professionals, etc.)
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Clearly communicate our lab’s services and value proposition
- Manage onboarding process for new clients
- Meet monthly performance targets (bonus applicable)
Requirements & Skills
-What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Strong communication skills — UK accent preferred
- At least 2 years of consecutive sales/business development experience
- Ability to approach and engage with professional clients (B2B)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Results-driven and target-oriented
