Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 1–2 years of proven experience in international freelancing platforms (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and secure projects from international platforms.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Develop strategies to increase business growth and revenue.
Communicate effectively with international clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in business development on international platforms.

Atleast Bachelors/Masters in Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of bidding, client handling, and project acquisition.
