We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for the Tobacco Industry, responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within the Islamabad and Rawalpindi regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, distribution management, and team leadership, with proven experience in the tobacco or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Manage and expand distribution networks across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present business insights to senior management.
Drive trade marketing and promotional activities in the assigned region.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the Tobacco or FMCG industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of distribution management and sales operations.
