Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you'll be the key link between our company and clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and building strong, lasting relationships. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering prompt and professional support.
Collaborate with Client Managers to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services.
Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
Monitor client performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
Create and present performance reports for both clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights that support client retention and growth.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Requirements & Skills
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or B2B sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and client management systems.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
Comfortable working night shifts in alignment with North American time zones.
