Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads & Opportunities: Conduct market research, network, and use lead generation strategies to open doors to new business.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the sales cycle from first contact to successful close, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Build Relationships: Engage with potential clients, providing tailored advice on our services to meet their unique needs.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Effectively negotiate to secure successful outcomes, closing sales to meet targets.
- Meet KPIs & Sales Goals: Hit key performance indicators with the drive to exceed targets and earn substantial commissions.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Fresh – 02 years
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and thrive in dynamic environments.
