Job Description
We are seeking a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and professional Secretary to provide executive-level administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational acumen, communication excellence, and advanced technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules with precision
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, letters, and internal communications
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and data analysis using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain confidential records, filing systems, and follow-up trackers
Coordinate meetings, logistics, and travel arrangements efficiently
Ensure smooth office communication and support cross-departmental coordination
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint — data handling, reporting, and presentation design skills are essential
Excellent command over written and verbal English communication
Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and time management
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred.
