Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Job Description:
Design Force PK is hiring Cold Calling Agents to work with clients in the US construction industry. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong client communication.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills

Confident and professional phone manners

Willing to work the night shift (on-site)

Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree

Must be fluent in English (speaking and listening)

Comfortable working the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Must be able to work on-site in Wapda Town, Lahore

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

Punctual, responsible, and goal-oriented
