We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements & Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
Mentor junior sales staff and support team training initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–7 years of proven sales experience (B2B or B2C depending on role).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
