Mentr is a Lahore-based edtech startup focused on helping students ace the MDCAT with concise “Masterbooks,” 1-on-1 mentorship, daily doubt-solving sessions, quiz builders, and interactive “ask” sessions that reinforce learning. The company empowers students through accountability, clarity, and structured guidance

What this role entails:

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Lahore. The HR Intern will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitoring daily attendance, managing leave records, and generating attendance reports.
  • Payroll Support: Assisting in payroll data collection—capturing leaves, working hours, and relevant information for payroll processing.
  • Job Postings: Creating, posting, and managing job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, etc.) to attract top talent.

Your Profile:

  • Comfortable working on-site in Lahore.
  • Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
