About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager Finance to join our Finance & Accounts team in Lahore. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial integrity, efficient planning, and compliance with both organizational and Shariah standards.

You’ll manage budgeting, reporting, donor fund tracking, and financial operations while collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans
• Oversee accounting operations and prepare financial reports
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Work with auditors and ensure Shariah compliance in financial matters
• Manage donations, grants, and endowment funds with transparency
• Support various projects through effective financial planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with institutional goals

What We’re Looking For

Education: Master’s in Accounting/Finance (CA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred)
Experience: Experience in the non-profit or educational sector is a plus

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance in Pakistan
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and integrity in financial operations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Alignment with Islamic values and ethical finance principles
