Experienced Truck Dispatcher

Prime Mile Dispatch is an established and growing logistics company looking for a skilled and reliable Dispatcher to join our operations team. If you have solid dispatch experience, know how to handle the pressures of the road, and are looking for a stable on-site position with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily dispatch operations for a dedicated fleet of drivers.

Source and book quality freight using load boards and broker relationships.

Negotiate rates with brokers to secure profitable loads for our carriers.

Provide drivers with clear instructions, routing details, and all necessary documentation (Rate Confs, BOLs).

Proactively track shipments and manage any issues or delays in transit.

Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and shippers/receivers.

Ensure accurate logging of all load data and manage paperwork for timely invoicing.

Monitor driver HOS and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.

What We Require:

Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher is required.

Proficiency with dispatch software and load boards (e.g., DAT, TruckStop).

Solid understanding of truckload logistics, HOS rules, and DOT regulations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

This is an on-site position at our gulberg Lahore office.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, with occasional weekends as needed

Pay: 50k (based on experience) + monthly performance bonuses.
