Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage our technology systems, ensure seamless operations, and enhance guest digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the resort’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with departments to implement technology-driven operational improvements.
- Oversee and maintain guest Wi-Fi and other digital guest services.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.
