Customer Service Officer

Position: Customer Service Officer

Salary Package: 28,000 to 30,000

Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rest day.

Timings: Afternoon to Night shift.

Responsibilities:

· Guide kids & families in using arcade and kiddie rides

· Handle tokens and assist with machine operations

· Ensure safety and a fun environment for guests

· Report any game/machine issues to senior management

Requirements:

· Friendly & energetic personality

· Must enjoy working with children

· Matric / Intermediate (students can also apply)

· Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
