Job Description
Developers Den is hiring for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will fuel our growth by identifying strong leads on Upwork, crafting winning proposals, and converting opportunities that leverage our web + AI expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lead scraping, sourcing, and enrichment based on the Company's offering and ICPs to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize platforms like Upwork for lead generation and networking.
- Refine leads and launch targeted outreach campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn.
- Manage inbound leads to qualify them and to book intro calls with the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead qualification and follow-up efforts
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- General understanding of the B2B & B2C sales process and relevant verbiage.
- Proficiency in a variety of sales and sales enablement platforms (CRMs, Sequencers, Sales Intelligence/Prospecting, etc.).
- Should have experience working in an IT firm or related industry.
