The Role: Business Development Executive
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Expert with a passion for tech and a proven track record in B2B sales. If you're a strategic thinker, a proactive hunter, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and connect with potential clients across industries who need our software, AI, SaaS, and web development solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools and drive measurable results.
- Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Understand client needs through discovery calls and virtual meetings. Propose tailored, high-value software solutions with a clear ROI.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Work closely with our tech and design teams to craft compelling, client-specific proposals and presentations.
Freelance Platform Management: Leverage platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to acquire leads, submit proposals, and win projects.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay updated on trends in AI, SaaS, and modern web development. Use insights to enhance sales strategy and positioning.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and high customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a software or IT services environment
- Strong success record in selling custom software, web apps, SaaS, or related tech solutions
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies (e.g., AI/ML, SaaS models, CMS like WordPress, Webflow)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales prospecting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
