Job Description:
Sourcecode is looking for a skilled Amazon Account Reinstatement Specialist to join our night operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Amazon account health, handling suspensions, and drafting persuasive appeals to reinstate accounts successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Handle account suspensions, listing deactivations, and policy violations.
• Draft and submit effective appeals and Plans of Action (POA) to Amazon.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent future suspensions.
• Maintain account health dashboards and implement preventive measures.
• Communicate with clients regarding account issues, progress, and resolutions.
• Stay updated with Amazon policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
