Type: Paid Internship (leading to Full-time job for high performers)

Internship Program Highlights

Fixed Stipend: PKR 10,000 15,000 / month
Sales Commission: Earn extra income on every closed deal

Qualification Requirements

Minimum: Matriculation (10th grade) or higher
Fresh candidates are highly preferred we will provide complete training
No prior experience required

Career Growth

Internship Full-time Sales Executive (on performance)
Higher base salary + commissions after confirmation
Long-term growth to Sales Manager for consistent achievers

If Converted to Job:

Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Officer
Salary: Fixed base salary (higher than stipend) + Commissions
Car Benefit: If sales targets are achieved for 3 consecutive months company-maintained car assigned
Free food continues
Growth path to Sales Manager after 1 year (if exceeding KPIs)
