Position Highlights

Role: Sales Executive – Medical Billing
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), 9-hour shift
Work Mode: 100% Remote – Work from Home
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday off

Compensation: Attractive salary package + performance-based incentives & perks

Key Responsibilities

• Promote medical billing services to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices
• Make outbound calls and book client meetings (approx. 200+ dials per day)
• Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking and client management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for sustained business growth
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Stay updated on healthcare IT trends and medical billing regulations

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales/business development with medical billing or healthcare IT experience

Skills:
 • Strong communication & interpersonal abilities
 • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
 • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
 • Self-motivated and target-oriented
