HSE Officer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Officer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental standards within our organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental laws.

Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near misses.

Provide training and awareness sessions to staff.

Maintain accurate HSE reports and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

2–3 years of HSE experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).

Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance requirements.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

NEBOSH/OSHA certification is an advantage.
