Assistant Manager Recovery

We are a fast-growing Internet Service Provider (ISP), committed to delivering reliable connectivity and excellent customer service. To strengthen our finance and recovery operations, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Recovery to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee recovery operations, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective debt recovery while maintaining client relationships.
• Coordinate with finance and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Monitor recovery performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle escalated cases with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of recovery/collections experience, preferably in the ISP or telecom industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving recovery targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
