Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Labor Staff to join our production team and support the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily factory operations including cutting, assembling, polishing, and finishing of acrylic products.
Operate basic hand tools, machines, and equipment safely under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products within the factory.
Support skilled workers and supervisors in production tasks.
Report any damages, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing/production/labor work (acrylic, wood, plastic, or similar industry preferred).
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
