Role overview
Weβre looking for an operationally strong Social Media & Ads Expert to lead paid acquisition, own performance reporting, and grow our brand across social platforms. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, produce engaging content, and coordinate closely with design, marketing and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize lead-generation and sales campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
- Set up conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and run A/B tests to improve CPA/ROAS.
- Produce and schedule content (short videos, reels, posts, stories, infographics, blogs).
- Manage company social pages and leadership LinkedIn presence.
- Monitor performance, produce weekly/monthly reports and present data-driven insights.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
Collaborate with design, marketing and sales; lead the execution of campaign creative and messaging.

Requirements & Skills
- 2-3 years digital marketing experience with at least 1 year managing paid ads.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and experience with Performance Max desirable.
- Experience with analytics and social scheduling tools (Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, social schedulers).
- Strong creative skills; experience with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
