Key Responsibilities

Conduct B2B outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Send personalized emails and follow-ups to nurture and engage prospects.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and pipeline progress.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Timing: 11 PM to 8 AM

Salary: 40k-60k + 20K incentive (target-based)

Requirements & Skills

Strong spoken english skills with ability to communicate professionally over the phone.
Exceptional written english skills for crafting professional and engaging emails.
Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
At least 6 months of outbound calling experience.
