We are seeking a dynamic *Sales Development Executive* to join our night shift team in Lahore. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect healthcare professionals with job opportunities in the US market. Your proactive approach will be essential in sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to discuss job openings and promote our services.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to assist candidates in completing required documents (licenses, certifications, resumes, etc.).
- Match candidates with suitable US healthcare positions, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the employer.
- Submit applications and follow up with clients/hospitals for interview feedback, maintaining strong relationships.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and track progress against recruitment targets.
- Meet and exceed weekly recruitment and sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in US medical recruitment (preferred).
- Excellent English communication (verbal/written) and negotiation skills.
- Strong phone sales and recruiting skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ATS/CRM tools).
