We're seeking an experienced Lead Generation and Sales Closer to generate high-quality leads and close sales deals. You'll be responsible for meeting weekly targets and driving revenue growth. This is a commission-based role, and your earnings will directly reflect your performance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Generate high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, cold calling).
2. Qualify and nurture leads to ensure they are ready for conversion.
3. Close sales deals and meet weekly targets.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
*Weekly Targets:*
- Generate 150 high-quality leads per week.
- Close 10 sales deals per week
*Commission Structure:*
- Competitive commission rates (e.g., 10% - 20% per sale).
- Commission paid out weekly/bi-weekly based on closed deals.
*Requirements:*
1. Proven experience in lead generation and sales closing.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
