Job Description
August Leadership LLC is hiring for a contract developer position to create a linkedin scraping bot. Familairty with scarping technologies (Selenium, playwright, scrappy) is a requirement, but if the developer is interested in learning, that is okay.
This project will last between 2-6 weeks, depending on various factors such as developer productivty, and scope (TBD).
This is an onsite hybrid role with in person attendance required 1-2 days a week in our defence phase 8 office.
Requirements & Skills
Proficiency in Python or Node.js
Familiarity with browser automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer)
Experience with web scraping and data extraction (structured output: JSON/CSV)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation
Ability to debug, maintain, and adapt scripts when UIs change
Understanding of basic API integration
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
