Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with other teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to improve the customer experience.
Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to enhance processes.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
