Job Description

We are a growing creative studio specializing in character design and digital art commissions (OCs, VTubers, furry, anime, DnD, and gaming communities). We are seeking Sales Representatives to handle chat support, client acquisition, and sales conversion through platforms like Discord and Twitch.

Responsibilities:

Provide chat-based client support (Discord, Twitch, Twitter/X, Email)

Actively hunt and engage new clients in gaming and art communities

Convert leads into sales for character design commissions (headshots, busts, fullbodies, VTuber models, etc.)

Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and follow up regularly

Report sales activity and performance

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or client hunting (digital art/character design industry is a plus)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with Discord, Twitch, and online community engagement
