Detailed Job Description

WiseLife Global is seeking a professional Spoken English Instructor for our Lahore center to train students in spoken fluency, international accents (British, American, European), and preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, and other English proficiency tests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, teaching experience, and a passion for helping students achieve fluency and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct spoken English classes in Lahore focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary.

Train students in accent development (British, American, European).

Prepare learners for IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge exams with mock tests and practice drills.

Create engaging lesson plans, group discussions, and speaking activities.

Track student progress and provide individual guidance.

Build confidence and communication skills in students for academic and professional success.

Required Skills (Technical + Soft)

Technical / Language Skills:

Strong spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.

Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL test structure.

Accent training and phonetics expertise.

Ability to prepare customized lesson plans.

Soft Skills:

Strong teaching and presentation skills.

Patience, empathy, and student-friendly approach.

Confidence-building techniques for learners.

Educational Background & Career Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.

TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spoken English training / IELTS teaching.

Proven success in helping students improve fluency and test performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IELTS/TOEFL coaching centers in Lahore.

Familiarity with Pakistani learners’ challenges in English speaking.

Experience in business communication & soft skills training.

Previous work in online + classroom teaching environments.
