Job Description
The Imperial Electric Co (Pvt) Ltd (IEC), established in 1931 and headquartered in Pakistan, is a leading electrical engineering company specializing in modern, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects. We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator with at least 4 years in the accounting industry to support our operations and enhance our efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Conduct research and prepare data for decision-making processes.
- Assist in budget management and financial forecasting.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
