Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries related to ground transportation services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Document and track customer interactions in the system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
