We are currently seeking a Vice Principal with at least 5 years of experience as a therapist to join our committed team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and support staff to create individualized learning plans.
- Manage resource allocation for the institution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with treatment regulations and standards.
