Lead Generation Expert - Office Based 2

We are looking for experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team in Johar Town, Lahore. This role is focused on generating quality leads through LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms, as well as handling cold outreach and data extraction.

Job Details

• Salary: Up to PKR 60,000 – 65,000 (based on experience).
• Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
• Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Location: Strictly office-based in Johar Town, Lahore.
• This is not a remote role.
• Candidates must be willing to work onsite daily in Johar Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Perform data extraction and build targeted prospect lists.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, messages, proposals).
• Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to acquire new clients.
• Write and send compelling proposals with excellent written English skills.
• Track, maintain, and update lead pipelines in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over warm leads and ensure smooth follow-ups.

• Proven experience in LinkedIn & Meta lead generation.
• Strong background in data extraction and list building.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Ability to conduct cold outreach professionally and effectively.
• Excellent written English communication skills (a must).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
