Job Description

Job Description:

-Formulate the annual/quarterly sales plan for the Pakistani market and develop effective sales strategies based on the conditions of customers and the market.

-Be responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in Pakistan, including developing new markets, expanding new customers, and broadening the product sales scope.

-Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with key customers in Pakistan (including distributors, agents, end-user key customers, etc.).

-Organize relevant personnel to confirm the needs of Pakistani customers and conduct contract reviews, so as to ensure that customer requirements are met and proper records are kept.

-Follow up on the progress of samples for new customers in Pakistan on a regular basis, and promptly address the needs and feedback put forward by customers.

-Handle complaints from Pakistani customers and information about non-conforming products, conduct sorting, analysis, summary and classification, and promptly feed back the handling results to customers, while providing good pre-sales and after-sales services.

-Complete various reports required by the company and other temporary work assignments on time.

Requirements & Skills

-Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

-More than 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years working in the Pakistani market in positions such as Sales Representative, Regional Manager, or equivalent. -Candidates must have successful cases of market development and proof of performance achievements.

-Fluent in Urdu (Pakistani language) and English (working languages); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

-Strong market judgment and business development capabilities, with expertise in public relations, negotiation, and adaptability to unexpected situations.

-Excellent logical thinking and numerical sensitivity, with certain data analysis skills.

Integrity and uprightness, with good professional ethics and the ability to work under pressure
