Job Description

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Do you have a knack for solving problems and communicating clearly? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our international customers.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our global clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You'll handle a variety of requests, from technical support and order tracking to product information and general questions. Your ability to build rapport and maintain a professional demeanor will be key to your success.


Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges for international customers.
* Maintain clear and concise records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service.
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.


Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with international clients.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
* A patient, empathetic, and professional attitude.
