Job Description
Position: Full-Time Laravel & React Developer (Remote)
Weekly Payment: $300/week (via Wise/PayPal)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week, strict deadlines
Strict Rules
No Delegation: All work must be done personally. Subcontracting = Immediate termination.
Full-Time Commitment: 40 hours/week, availability during business hours.
Proof of Work: Daily/weekly progress reports and code submissions.

Requirements & Skills
Technical Requirements
Frontend/Backend: Laravel 10 (Eloquent, Auth, Policies, APIs), React (Hooks, Components, Tailwind).
Database: MySQL, basic query optimization.
Server: Linux (Ubuntu), Nginx/Apache, SSL setup.
Deployment: Manual setup (Git/GitHub, .env, composer/npm).
Extra: Experience customizing Codecanyon/Themeforest templates.
