Job Description
We are looking to hire a Front Desk Officer for our Company.
The expected job description could be but not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and answering phones in a professional and friendly manner.
- Directing calls and visitors to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining a logbook for visitors and security.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager HR or the Management etc.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BA / BBA preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in front desk/reception/admin (Textile/Manufacturing preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal & MS Office skills
- Presentable & professional personality
P.s. Candidates shall be preferred Immediate joiners as well as residing nearby Maymar/Gulshan or Scheme 33 etc.
