Weβre looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager / Campaign Specialist who is both strategic and execution-focused β someone who understands the nuances of digital trends, paid campaigns, content strategies, and analytics.
Role Overview
As the Social Media Marketing Manager / Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns, and ensuring strong performance and client satisfaction. You will lead the charge in turning brand goals into actionable and measurable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality content and campaign assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.), making data-driven adjustments.
- Manage client communications, meetings, and performance updates professionally and proactively.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and advertising best practices.
- Perform competitor research, audience analysis, and market insights to inform campaign direction.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and campaign management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
- Experience in budget management, funnel building, and ad performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Meta Blueprint or Google Ads Certification
- Experience with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
- Creative copywriting skills
- CRM or automation tool experience (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
