Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
