Job Title: Graphic Designer (Long-Format Documents)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer skilled in long-format documents (70–100+ pages) such as proposals, RFPs, reports, and pitch decks. You’ll ensure structured, professional, and brand-consistent layouts while also contributing to marketing design needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design & format long documents using Adobe InDesign/InCopy
• Apply templates, style guides & grids for consistency
• Collaborate with writers & SMEs to integrate visuals
• Prepare print-ready & digital-ready files
• Support with marketing/social media designs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience (startup/agency preferred)
• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, InCopy, Acrobat Pro
• Experience with long-format professional docs (70–100+ pages)
• Strong typography, layout & branding knowledge
• Portfolio required

Schedule: Flexible hours, but availability needed between 6 PM – 2 AM PKT.
