Software Quality Assurance - SQA

As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at iTecZone, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every solution we deliver meets the highest standards of quality. You will play a critical role in testing, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth user experiences for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering bug-free, reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
• Detect, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to product quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello).
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
