Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and issues.
  • Develop and implement monthly social media calendars with creative, timely, and relevant posts.
  • . Collaborate with the content writer and design team to ensure posts are visually appealing and carry strong messaging
  • Generate fresh ideas for content themes, interactive posts, and digital outreach strategies to boost engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite.
  • Boost posts and track performance via Meta Business Suite to optimize reach.
  • Run and manage Meta ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on da

  • Understand and effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers.

Qualifications:
