Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and issues.
- Develop and implement monthly social media calendars with creative, timely, and relevant posts.
- . Collaborate with the content writer and design team to ensure posts are visually appealing and carry strong messaging
- Generate fresh ideas for content themes, interactive posts, and digital outreach strategies to boost engagement and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite.
- Boost posts and track performance via Meta Business Suite to optimize reach.
- Run and manage Meta ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on da

- Understand and effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel.
