Role Overview
We are looking for Operators to manage enquiries coming through our app. This role is crucial in ensuring that customer requests are promptly handled, suppliers are contacted efficiently, and quotes are accurately recorded in the system.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming enquiries in the admin dashboard. For each enquiry, send quote requests to selected suppliers directly via WhatsApp. Receive supplier responses (quotes) on WhatsApp. Accurately input supplier quotes and details into the dashboard. Ensure all data is correct, consistent, and updated in a timely manner. Collaborate with the internal team if clarification is needed on any enquiry.

Requirements & Skills
Basic computer literacy
Familiarity with WhatsApp communication and handling multiple chats.
Strong attention to detail – accuracy in inputting numbers is critical.
Decent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work efficiently and stay organized while handling multiple enquiries.
Prior experience in admin, data entry, or customer support is an advantage
