We are seeking a skilled Night Meta and Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. As we expand our online presence, this role will be crucial in driving our digital marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting and strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and promotions.
- Create engaging ad copy and visuals that reflect the brand’s identity.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive ROI.
- Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Turkish is a plus).
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in ad copy and design.
