Aura Grande is a premier event management company and one of the finest marquee chains in the Islamabad-Rawalpindi circuit. Located in the luxurious sector of E-11, Islamabad and Bahria Town Phase-7, Rawalpindi, we specialize in hosting exceptional events, from weddings to corporate functions. We are committed to delivering excellence in all our services. We are currently seeking an Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to manage financial operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records in MS Excel and ERP Software.
  • Maintaining Vendor ledgers, including invoice verification.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Analyse cash and bank transactions and perform reconciliation.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Process invoices and maintain accounts payable/receivable.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures.

Requirements & Skills

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, Tally).

- Able to work in hybrid timing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
