Job Description
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
Provide daily/weekly updates on client accounts and project progress.
Prepare and share reports (sales, PPC, product performance, expenses, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are completed on time.
Track and follow up on ongoing tasks, approvals, and deadlines.
Maintain organized records of client communication and updates.
Assist in preparing presentations, SOPs, and client dashboards.
Escalate issues to management when needed and ensure timely resolution.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Respond to client messages and emails.
Share progress updates and reports in a professional format.
Update tracking sheets for sales, PPC, and overall performance.
Communicate task status with clients and internal team members.
Follow up with clients for missing details, documents, or payments.
Requirements & Skills
- Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
