Customer Service / Back Office Agent - Fresh Graduates 5

Jetset Rides is a UK-licensed private hire and chauffeur company providing premium ground transportation services for individuals and corporate clients.

We are expanding our operations team in Pakistan and are looking for a motivated and skilled representative to join us.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Good telephone and email etiquette.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Prior experience in dispatching, call handling, or transport/logistics is a plus (but not mandatory).

Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.

Dispatch and assign drivers for bookings using company systems.

Prepare and maintain driver schedules to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and manage live bookings, resolving any issues quickly.

Work with Excel for reporting, scheduling, and data management.

Coordinate with UK-based team and drivers for service quality.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments.

Provide excellent customer service and communication support.
