Role Overview

We need an active, hands-on Project Manager with prior experience in SaaS product launches and MVP delivery in fast-paced environments. This is not a passive coordination role — you’ll be in the trenches, working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and leadership to ensure deadlines are met and the MVP is delivered aggressively and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Midora.ai MVP.

· Translate business requirements into actionable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.

· Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.

· Actively track progress, identify blockers, and remove obstacles quickly to keep the team on track.

· Maintain close communication with engineers, designers, and leadership — ensuring alignment at all times.

· Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

· Hold the team accountable to deadlines and deliverables with urgency.

· Ensure a culture of speed, quality, and accountability in the product delivery process.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience launching SaaS MVPs from 0 → 1.

· Hands-on background working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, product).

· Prior work experience in fast-moving software houses or early-stage startups.

· Strong leadership and accountability skills — someone who makes things happen.

Compensation & Growth

· Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience).

· Performance Bonus: Additional bonuses upon successful MVP launch.

· Future Growth: Salary increments and potential leadership opportunities as Midora.ai scales beyond MVP.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in SaaS product development and/or MVP launches.

· Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery cycles.

· Prior track record of managing projects in software houses or fast-paced SaaS environments.

· Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changes, and push projects forward aggressively.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Technical understanding of SaaS products is highly preferred.
