Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultant based in Karachi to join our expanding sales team. This is a remote position with excellent growth potential and commission-based earning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for business energy, broadband, and payment gateway solutions
- Conduct outbound sales calls to UK and international businesses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize CRM systems to track prospects and manage sales pipeline
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions via video conferencing
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Working Arrangement:
- Hybrid role: Combination of remote work and occasional in-person meetings
- Working hours: UK business hours alignment (flexible arrangements considered)
- Monitoring requirements: Webcam must be operational during work hours for team collaboration and monitoring
- Start date: Immediate
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience
- Specific industry experience in one or more of the following:
- Electric/Electricity services sales
- Gas/Energy services sales
- Payment gateway/Merchant services sales
- Geographic experience: Previous work experience in UK or USA markets (essential)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Results-driven with proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Technical Requirements:
- i7+ processor laptop (mandatory)
- UPS/Battery backup system for uninterrupted work
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Professional webcam operational at all times during work hours
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- 60 Hrs Per Week / 240 Hrs Per Month (Includes Lunch+Namaz Breaks)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with B2B sales in utilities or financial services
- Knowledge of UK business market and regulations
- Previous experience with remote work environments
- Additional language skills (advantage)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: PKR 30,000 - 75,000 per month (based on experience)
- Commission Structure: Performance-based commission starting immediately
